    The ultimate foodie holiday! There will be sunshine and food and new experiences and exquisite wines... There will be bustling markets and leisurely aperitifs and restaurant meals, and as much (or as little) exercise (walking or cycling) as you care for...
     
    You will learn to shop for and use the best of ingredients in dishes that bursts with flavour and that don't take hours to prepare. Better still, all of these dishes can be adapted to suit every changing season and all moods...

    A week of learning about wonderful wines and fragrant olive oils and wild honeys and sublime goatscheese and inimitable fleur de sel... all while enjoying the very best of a French summer!
     
    The food you will learn to cook will become part of your own foolproof repertoire that you'll want to use time and time again - easy to execute, pretty to look at and totally delicious!
     
    Think ripe peaches and sunshine and cool fruity wine. Think colourful salads and exciting tapas, fresh cheeses drizzled with honey and succulent meats grilled over wood...

    There will be daily cookery demonstrations (hands-on for those who like to), daily excursions to passionate artisan food producers, strolling around colourful food markets and picnics beside the river as well as time to relax - perhaps a cycle in the dappled shade of the platane trees that line the Canal du Midi? Some beach time? A visit to Roman or Medieval cities for sightseeing or shopping?
