    WHAT THE WEEKEND IS ABOUT
     
    Forget the old cliche that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Things have changed. Today's women fall for men who (besides a few other qualities) know how to put something delicious on the table!
     
    We're not teaching survival skills here. These men will learn to seduce by way of sexy food matched with the right wines in the right atmosphere. No more worries about 'getting it right'.

    A weekend that will give men a small repertoire of fool-proof dishes to suit various occasions, guidelines on how to choose wine and some simple ideas on how to 'set the scene'. And of course we'll feature a few sexy alternative breakfasts.
     
    WHAT THE WEEKEND INCLUDES

    • 3 nights accommodation in simple but tasteful surroundings
    • cookery demonstrations and excursions
    • all meals including all wine - both at home and in restaurants
    • all transport to and from the airport and on all excursions

    HOW MUCH THE WEEKEND COSTS - 650 euros
     
    ITINERARY
     
    day 1 friday - pick-up from Carcassonne at 12.40; a one-hour drive to our base in Cruzy for a late lunch; a visit to an olive oil press is followed by a visit to the wineries of Terres Georges where the passionate winemaker Roland still makes all his wines by hand (of course both end products will be tasted!; then home for a short cookery demonstration before dinner.
     
    day 2 saturday - after an outdoor breakfast beside the pool, we'll head for Narbonne for a guided tour around its famous covered foodmarket; lunch in a local restaurant, then home for a tutored winetasting so you'll know how to choose a wine for any occasion; a late-afternoon talk on flavour combinations is followed by a short cookery demonstration and then dinner.

    day 3 sunday - after breakfast we'll visit the pretty village of St Chinian and its openair foodie market, then after an aperitif on its 'cosmopolitan' square we'll either head home for lunch or to the Gorges of the Orb river for a picnic with a gentle hike afterwards; another cookery demonstration late-afternoon, then dinner our last outdoor dinner at home.
     
    day 4 monday - a last demonstration showing a sexy breakfast, after which we'll leave for the airport...
     
    Guests will go home with a collection of recipes containing all the dishes demonstrated during the week as well as wine guidelines... and hopefully with happy memories and a firm resolution to return the following year, either for another course or for a carefree B&B holiday!
