	At last I have secured a few minutes to myself to write and thank you for a wonderful experience at La Souqueto! I thoroughly enjoyed the Course and meeting all the participants. It truly was a "summer joy"! I dont know if I will ever become a "Food Guru" but you have certainly imparted some good tips and insight into "cooking with flavours" so I will try not to let you down... - C.Borre - Dublin   Thank you so much for a fun few days, I enjoyed the course and the all the trips we did. 	Thanks so so much Petra it was so so nice to meet you after hearing mama talk about you so much, i had such a gorgeous delicious inspiring time. I cannot wait to cook my recipes and my brown bread and gravalax for lunch on the plane was positively decadent! We enjoyed our trips to the salt pans and the goat farm (photo below) but we can't remember much about the wine tasting!!
