    Bookings for the courses are on a first come, first served basis.
     
    While all ground transport is included in the price of the courses, flights are not. Remember that the earlier you book, the cheaper your flights will be.
     
    Under European law, all participants must have health insurance (eg. E.111) and travel insurance.

    Our weekend courses run from Friday to Monday (3 full days) while the week courses run from Sunday to Sunday. For the French courses there are direct flights from Dublin to Carcassonne on these days.
     
    Since most of our rooms are twins or doubles, accommodation is based on 2 people sharing. If you do want a single room and there are none available, we may have to accommodate you in a (very nice) B&B nearby - in which case a single occupancy supplement of 90 euros for the weekend and 200 euros for the week will be charged.
     
    Booking procedure is as follows:

    • check for availability by writing to info@petracarter.com or by telephoning 0033 468 407718 - we will ring or email you back as soon as possible
       
    • register your place through the same channels
       
    • pay your deposit to guarantee your place (300 euros for the weekend courses or 500 euros for the week-long courses) - payee account details will be furnished on request
       
    • book your flights (please check with us beforehand to make sure you book the right flights - unless previously arranged, it is impossible for us to arrange individual transport at different times during the courses)
       
    • pay the balance of the course fee 1 month before the course

    • gift vouchers are available

    Should you need to cancel after paying your deposit, you will get a refund less 100 euros for administration costs.
     
    If you need to cancel after paying the full course fee, you will receive all of your money back less the deposit - though a full refund is possible if a replacement participant can be found.

    If we have to cancel the course for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. The courses depend on a minimum number of participants and if there are insufficient numbers, we may have to cancel. We will give the maximum possible notice should this be the case.
