BOOKING the B&B - Chambres d'Hote

    To inquire about availability or make a reservation, email info@petracarter.com or telephone 0033 (0)468 407718. If we are not in and you leave a message we will email or ring back as soon as we can. We speak English, Dutch and French.
     
    It may be necessary to pay a deposit, which you can pay by Paypal or transfer electronically using IBAN. Details are given upon request. We cannot (yet) accept credit cards but there are ATMs nearby.
     

    BOOKING A COURSE

    • Availability and reservations
      To inquire about availability on any of the courses or make a reservation, email info@petracarter.com or call 0033(0)468 407718. If you leave a message we will email or ring back as soon as we can.
       
    • Payment
      Once you have reserved your place by email or telephone, we will give you payment details for the deposit. You may transfer money electronically by using IBAN or Paypal. We do not accept credit cards but there are ATM's nearby.

    • Deposits
      To guarantee your place on a course, you may be asked to pay a deposit (usually 200 euros for a weekend course or 300 euros for a week course). Payment details will be furnished on request. The balance of your course fee is due a month before the course starts... (see also cancellations below...)
       
    • Flights
      Our courses are planned around Ryanair Carcassonne schedules. Please email or ring us to check before reserving your flight as we cannot pick-up simultaneously from different airports.
       
    • Accommodation
      Course accommodation is in B&B La Souqueto. There are single, double and twin rooms available and all are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
    • Insurance
      Under European law, participants must have a valid health insurance (eg. E.111).
       
    • Transport
      All ground transport (i.e. airport transfers, excursions and outings) is included in the price of the courses, but flights are not.
       
    • Gift vouchers are available.
       

    Cancellations

    Should you need to cancel after paying your deposit, you will receive a refund provided you can find a replacement participant.
     
    If you need to cancel after paying the full course fee, you will receive all of your money back less the deposit - unless you find a replacement participant, in which case a full refund is possible.
     
    Any cancellations should be notified by emailing to info@petracarter.com or ringing 0033 (0) 468 407718
     
    If we have to cancel the course for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. Should this be the case, we will give the maximum possible notice.
