To inquire about availability or make a reservation, email
info@petracarter.com or telephone 0033 (0)468 407718. If we are not in and you leave a message we will email or ring back as soon as we can. We speak English, Dutch and French.
It may be necessary to pay a deposit, which you can sent by IBAN to an Irish or a French account. If you prefer to pay by PAYPAL, we must charge an extra 5 euros to cover costs. Details are given upon request. We cannot accept credit cards but there are ATMs nearby.

- Availability and reservations
To inquire about availability on any of the courses or make a reservation, email info@petracarter.com or call 0033(0)468 407718. If you leave a message we will email or ring back as soon as we can. (We speak English, French, Spanish and Dutch).
- Payment
Once you have reserved your place by email or telephone, we will give you our bankdetails for the deposit. You may transfer money to an Irish or French account, or you may pay by PAYPAL. Details are furnished on request. We do not accept credit cards but there is an ATM nearby.

- Deposits
To guarantee your place on the course, pay your deposit (200 euros for a weekend course or 300 euros for a week-long course). You can pay by Paypal or transfer money electronically - payee account details will be furnished on request. The balance of your course fee is due a month before the course starts...

- Flights
Our courses are planned around the Ryanair Dublin-Carcassonne flight schedules as well as the Aer Lingus Dublin-Toulouse route. Please email or telephone us before reserving your flight.
It is also possible to arrange airport transfers at different times or from other destinations to Carcassonne, Perpignan or Beziers airports. But before booking your flights, please check with us...

- Accommodation
Our course accommodation is in B&B La Souqueto. There are single, double and twin rooms available.
- Insurance
Under European law, participants must have health insurance (eg. E.111) and travel insurance.
- Transport
While all ground transport (i.e. airport transfers, excursions and outings) is included in the price of the courses, flights are not. Remember that usually, the earlier you book the cheaper the flights.
- Gift vouchers are available.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel after paying your deposit, you will get a
refund less 100 euros. If you can find a replacement participant however, you will receive a complete refund.
If you need to cancel after paying the full course fee, you will receive all of your money back less the deposit - unless you find a replacement participant, in which case a full refund is possible.

If we have to cancel the course for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. Should this be the case, we will give the maximum possible notice.
