	LOCAL RESTAURANTS: We are spoiled for choice with fabulous restaurants all around us... right on our doorstep the super little La Taverne who serve great food and the best of Minervois wines (reserving essential!). There is also the uniquely situated Porte Minervoise where you can while away a tranquil hour over a bottle (or two!) watching the boats float by on the Canal du Midi... Then there is the ever-cheerful and good-value La Selette in Cabezac (about 5 minutes by car)... Or try La Distillerie in St Marcel, La Grange in Bize or last but not least, the stylish and delightful Relais Chantovent in Minerve for a classy meal...
