What does it cost?
The weekend costs 590 euros per person - ALL INCLUSIVE (except flights).What is included?

What is it about?
The weekend includes a vivid talk on ART HISTORY and both IN- and OUTDOOR PAINTING SESSIONS, as well as plenty of practical TIPS and ADVICE on anything from using colour and materials to sketching and contemporising classic art. There will be an opportunity to experiment with different media and each painting session starts with some great EXERCISES to help 'loosen the hand' or 'focus the eye' - methods that you will use time and time again at home...Inspiration will also come from WALKS and waterside PICNICS, as well as an excursion to a place of historical/cultural interest and a colourful openair market (don't forget to bring a camera!). We shall also visit one or two inspirational ART EXHIBITIONS.
Before returning to the airport for your flight home, we shall fit in a visit to the MEDIEVAL CITADEL of CARCASSONNE - if anything for a spot of light retail therapy!
The course is limited to 7-8 people and the weekend is INFORMAL and FUN.
ACCOMMODATION is based on two people sharing. We have three double rooms with private bathrooms and two smaller attic rooms which share a bathroom between them (see ROOMS). Double rooms MAY carry a single-occupancy supplement.
